" The truth was I was not a cynic by nature, only by revolt. I had got away from what I hated, but I hadn't found where I loved, and so I pretended that there was nowhere to love. Handsomely equipped to fail, I went out into the world." John Fowles (The Magus)

interestingly i went to sleep at 00.30 tonight
but woke up at 02.30.
then i decided to start reading the magus of john fowles.
after reading for about 40 minutes (the book is really good by the way)
i decided to fly my planes in my new game in facebook: airline manager
and accidentally bought lots of fuel at a very high price.
then i watched half a grey's anatomy episode
and remembered how i met your mother and started watching it.
what a night of pure volatility!
i need new glasses that won't give me a headache
while trying to keep them on my face.
if i had them then i would be playing sims3 until the morning light.
but for now
with my uneasy and awake mind
and my tired body that makes me yawn continuously
i'm going to start from the very beginning of the routine
and start reading again.

macbooks
and their sleep mode light
going on and off
with the illusion of inhaling
and exhaling...
all the way down to the robot with emotions...
can't you feel the knife?

time travels to mourn/your secret life
in your mausoleum
and berlin is/so ugly in the morning light
but with them, it can be so bright/beirut
i personally think
mornings should be sunny.
even in the darkest of winter days
in order to get me ready for the real deal
even for fifteen minutes only.
there should be a law to make them sunny.
then we can get used to the day
get used to waking up
after the hours that we spend
in bed/eyes shut/conscious closed
breathing and turning
from left to right/and right to left...
since
once upon a time
people used to believe,
when someone sneezed
the soul leaves the body for that moment only
and comes back the moment after.
that's why we say "bless you"
(indeed in turkish we say "live long"
and that makes quite sense
if you think about it)
i'm thinking,
what's the difference
between the one in a coma/and the one in a deep sleep
except the level of difficulty in making the person wake up?
we to sum up
i insist,
the sun should be forced to shine
in the mornings
(or at least the in the ones that you wake up alone)
or someone should say "bless you"
everytime i wake up.

he had three whole dollars, a worn out car
and a wife who was leaving for good
life's made of trouble, worry, pain and struggle
she wrote goodbye in the dust on the hood
they found a map of missouri, lipstick on the glass
they must of left in the middle of the night / tom waits

and yeah
lamas can hit you
if you try to get close to them
they seem to be pretty good natured
but trust me
i know!

damn! oversleeping again
damn! i can't believe i did it once again
i can make it in time
if i jump out of bed
if i skip to wear clothes
and get running instead
if i get on my feet
if i skip to hit snooze
if i don't care to eat
and get running instead
i can make it in time
been oversleeping on monday
i don't care let's pretend that it's sunday
