i read the interview of a young actress that claimed she was choosing a director each month and watching his/her movies as much as she can all through the month.
i decided to do the same (being free as a bird forces you to find a way to chew up the time)
since the month is about to end in a few days
i thought i should choose from my favourites and see the rest of the movies of the directors that i like most
interestingly i'm not in the mood of woody allen these days (seeing annie hall once more doesn't count) and i need to add more almodovar to my archive since i've seen almost all of mine.
hitchcock is the closest one to be chosen but still i have not decided. i am open to suggestions unless the movies are depressing and dark with very little dialogue (there are times i enjoy those too but i am in a good mood and i've decided to keep it) indeed these days i really like the black and white screwball films with katharine hepburn, spencer tracy or cary grant.

katharine hepburn once said “If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun”
and she also said “If you always do what interests you, at least one person is pleased.” yes, that's my kinda girl!
